Our journey began in 2008, when we opened our doors as Gigi's Kitchen in a small 1000sqft building. With our commitment to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, we quickly outgrew our facility and by 2013, we had moved into a 10,000 sq ft facility in Fenton, Mo.
In September 2016, Gigi’s Kitchen was acquired by Wallis Companies and with this new ownership came new opportunities.
In 2023, we made a bold move to a state-of-the-art USDA certified 30,000 sqft facility and changed our name to Craft Kitchens. This new facility allows us to continue to grow and expand our offerings, ensuring we can meet the needs of our growing base of loyal customers.
